FROLLIC started in 2009 as a line of locally designed and manufactured high-fashion women's shoes. However, after seeing a greater demand for complementary comfy footwear to skyrocketing heels, it then pioneered rollable flats in the Philippines.

FROLLIC has since evolved into a lifestyle brand known for function, comfort, style, quality and great value. Currently, we have a range of footwear products and accessories to cater to specific needs of women on the go.

It is our vision to become the name of choice for jet-setting, flashpacking stylistas. We aim to continue bringing specialty pieces to market so we may accompany you in fun.

Order Form

Reservation

Fill up completely and correctly the Order Form with all required information.

We will email/SMS you within 24 hours upon receipt of your order: 1) to confirm availability of ordered items and 2) to provide payment details.

We will reserve your order for THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS. Kindly settle payment within this period. Otherwise, we will cancel your reservation without prior notice.

Delivery

We ship via Xend Express. They are partnered with LBC for provincial deliveries. Shipping rates (per 1kg) and delivery schedule (days after payment) are as follows:

Metro Manila - P65, 2-3 days

Luzon - P80, 3-4 days

VisMin - P90, 4-5 days

Delivery schedule excludes Sundays and holidays.

We also ship via other couriers upon request. Base shipping fee starts at P150.

Payment

We accept the following modes of payment:

PayPal: +6% transaction fee on total invoice amount

Other modes: please pay for all related transaction fees

Please email/SMS us once payment has been made. We would appreciate if you could send us a copy of the transaction form, i.e. deposit slip, for faster processing.

Tracking

We ship via Xend Express. We will SMS/email you the tracking no. You may track your package's status online:

It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website. We would gladly help you follow-up on delayed deliveries however we cannot be held liable. Feedback on the service of our couriers is most welcome and appreciated.

Exchanges

STRICTLY NO RETURNS.

We accept exchanges for the following reasons: 1) wrong size, 2) wrong item sent and 3) defective item.

Please notify us via email/SMS within 7 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT DATE. Please indicate your name and the item for exchange.

PLEASE WAIT FOR OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL/SMS within 24 hours. All requests are subject to eligibility at our sole discretion.

Default exchange item is same color. If not available, you may request for another color of your choice. There will be no refund should the value of the exchanged item be lower than the original purchased item. However, you are liable to pay for the price difference should the value of the exchanged item be higher than the original purchased item.

PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM IN ITS COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL STATE, TOGETHER WITH SHOE BOX, BAGS and OFFICIAL RECEIPT. Otherwise, we will not honor the exchange.

We must receive all returns within 7 DAYS FROM CONFIRMATION.

Shipping fee will be advised accordingly: 1) wrong size: You will be liable for all shipping fees. 2) wrong/defective item: We will reimburse you for shipping.

We shall not be held liable for damaged or lost items due to the courier's neglect.
